* Please note that:

• ad rates reflect the cost per issue for the duration of the contract;
• complete payment is due up front for multiple issue contracts;
• the cost of ad design is not included in the price structure;
• all ads subject to 13% HST.

Premiums:

• Colour Ad:  +25%
• Guarnateed Placement:  +10%

Deadlines:

• Fall (September) Issue - August 10
• Winter (December) Issue - November 10
• Spring (March) Issue - February 10
• Summer (June) Issue - May 10

• Files accepted in the format of JPG, TIF, EPS, and PDF;
• Files should be no less than 200dpi; 300dpi would be best;
• CMYK format as opposed to RGB;
• All PDF ads should be created at "High Quality Print".
